Your EPA membership certificate is available for download through the Extranet, provided your membership fees are fully paid.
To access it, log in to the Extranet, go to My Account, select Membership Fee, and choose the year 2026. The Certificate button will appear, allowing you to download your membership certificate.

Registration fee includes:

• Access to scientific sessions
• Coffee breaks (as indicated in the program)
• Opening Ceremony on October 28^th
• Working lunch on October 29^th
• Certificate of attendance

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to epa.regionalmeeting2026@summeet.it

Registrations cancelled on or before August 10th will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made after August 10th, the organization will retain 100% of the total cost of each item.
Name changes are allowed until October 10th.
